WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Products purchased on OriginsCo are shipped through domestic ground-freight services like The Post Office ®, Hermes, DPD, etc. Click and collect from physical locations is currently unavailable.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
All orders are shipped the next business day and will take 3-5 business days to arrive. 
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No - international freight is one of the biggest contributors of carbon emissions, so we only list products for sale which are warehoused and bought domestically in the UK to minimise our carbon footprint.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Our sellers ship directly from their store or warehouse using their preferred ground couriers ( The Post Office®, Hermes, DPD, etc.). For products marked 'OriginsCo Select', your items are collected from the store or warehouse and delivered to your door using carbon-neutral couriers.

We accept the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay
    DO YOU ACCEPT MULTIPLE CURRENCIES?
    Yes, you can shop in Pounds (£), Euros (€) and US Dollars ($). To shop in your preferred currency, select from the settings drop down on the top of the homepage. We are always working to add more currencies.

    Orders and Returns

    HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
    To place an order you will need to add items to your basket. Once complete, visit the basket page to complete the checkout process. Please note that any products containing alcohol are not for sale to people under the age of 18. By placing and order for alcoholic items, you declare to the seller that you are 18 years of age or older.
    DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
    Accounts are not required. However, in order to receive exclusive offers and promotions you will need to create an account.

    HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
    Orders are shipped the next business day, so in order to change or cancel you'll need to login and go to your order summary. 
    HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Once the seller has shipped your order, you will receive and order notification with a tracking ID and link to the courier site to track your order.
    WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?
    Upon receipt of your order, you will have 14 days to return the product for a full refund or replacement. In order to return an item, please refer to our returns policy
