To help prevent illness, all major health organisations worldwide recommend washing hands with soap & water as well as using an alcohol-based hand sanitiser spray or gel, 70% being the recommended strength. According to the latest research, there is no evidence that soaps and other products labeled "antibacterial" are more effective.
